When I say these are my choice recipes, they are.
All have evolved over time, and with my repeated efforts, into what they are.
But to your great good-fortune, sometimes the evolution was primarily
shepherded by my excellent spouse, Richard.
Being a Home Economist myself and widely traveled
(among other things) and Richard being an Architect of the first rank, our
preference in dishes is broad yet highly selective, and interestingly enough,
all thoroughly American(ized). I don't like butter on my tea sandwiches (cream
cheese, please) and Richard wants organic only when it is better than
grocery-grade ingredients.
All things considered, if you are looking for
recipes that suit discerning couples or singles, opinionated children and
elegant small parties (6-12 people), you know how hard it is to satisfy them
all.
You also know that the discerning couples want easy
preparation but fabulous results every time. You know that opinionated children
care almost exclusively about taste. And you know that elegant parties must
stress fresh food, fresh flavors and presentations with just that right look.
And now you too know that you need search no
further. They're all here. Well, at least, over time they will be all
here. I will be posting new ones regularly and it will be part of your
adventure to find the most recent one.
If you choose to visit this site regularly, I hope
you will be well-pleased with your choices. Richard recommends you install a
hanger for your i-Pad on your wall, positioned somewhere handy for viewing,
nestle the gadget in snugly, open the link of your choice to fill the screen,
scroll to the desired recipe and chef away, your recipe large and lavishly
visible in your place of choice.
